Program Directors
Corinne Freeman is the Director for the Starfish project. Corinne holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Services from Tennessee Wesleyan College. Corinne enjoys working with children and their families and helping them to achieve their full potential.  Corinne also serves in the nursery and children’s ministry departments at her local church.  She is married to David and has three children; two daughters, ages 12 and 5, and a son, age nine months.

Daniel P. Burrell is the Youth Development Director which includes BTG mentoring and  Inspiring Tomorrow's Leaders Today (ITLT)youth leadership development programs. Daniel holds a B.A. degree in Christian Ministry from New Life Bible College and 10 years of experience in youth development. Daniel is also part-time Bible College Professor who enjoys teaching the Word of God. He is husband and father to LaKashah and Kaianna Burrell.
Brenda Hughes is the founder and executive director of the Bradley Initiative for Church and Community (BICC) in Cleveland, Tennessee. She holds a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Economic Development and a Senior Executive Masters of Business Administration (SEMBA) at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.  Brenda takes her faith very seriously and views the work of BICC as a ministry of Christ in the community. 
Margaret Gilbert  is the Director for the Bradley Savings Initiative Individual Development Accounts (IDA) program.  Margaret holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Lee University.  She enjoys teaching finance and budget management; and serves on the ministerial team at her local church.

Cathy Quintard is the Assistant Director for Bradley Initiative for Church and Community (BICC). She holds an Associate Degree in Biblical Studies and an Artisan's degree from Tennessee Professional Photographer's Association.
Cathy was born in Knoxville and lives in Calhoun, Tn with her husband of 37 yrs.
Cathy and Ted have 4 children and 3 grandchildren. Cathy attends Living Word Church. Cathy enjoys Golf, Crafts & Jail Ministry.
James C. Graham (Jim) is the BICC Development Officer.  Jim was born and reared in Cleveland and Bradley County.  Jim holds a B.S. Degree in Natural Science and Education from Lee College and a M.A. Degree in Secondary Education from Tennessee Technological University.  Jim has been a Professional Teacher and Educator for over 30 years.  He has taught at all grade levels and is active in his church and civic clubs.  Jim is President of the Cleveland Civitan Club for 2011 and is passionate about education and youth development initiatives.  Jim is married to Sandy Powers Graham.  They have 2 children and 4 grandchildren.  Jim is a retired educator and Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor.  He now enjoys gardening, his grandchildren and helping to make Cleveland a better place to live and enjoy.
