The BICC Scholarship Program began in 2001 as a generous sponsorship from Lee University to the Festival of Cultures. It is a full-tuition scholarship offered to minority students or students taking an intercultural studies program at Lee during the junior and/or senior year.
Applicants must first be accepted into Lee University and then make application to the BICC Scholarship Program. After being registered at Lee, the applicant should contact Dr. Michael J. Laney at (423) 614-8229 or email mlaney@leeuniversity.edu
Application Process:
1. Meet the Program eligibility
2. Must be accepted as a junior or senior at Lee University
3. Complete the BICC Scholarship Application located on the website
4. Submit the Application to Dr. Michael Laney, Lee University Communications Department
